Ok, I am definitely not a Dusty apologist, but the Athletic article seemed to be somewhat of a hit piece on Dusty.

That being said, the response is hilarious.

Played in is a bit skewed because I'm guessing that counts games he gets in as a defensive replacement in the 8th.

We need to look at starts.

I think that is mostly b/c of how good Dubon has looked at the plate lately (except for the NY series). Even early in the season when people were overating his play (imo), he wasn't hitting like this.

It's going to get worse with JV's personal centerfield nonsense. He should be in the lineup every f***ing day PERIOD.

JV pitches every 5 days that's 1 of 5 Chas likely sits or we shoehorn him in as DH and a very good bat is left on the bench.

It's all the damn cord cutters. It's $7 for Apple TV for one game then the next week it is $8 for peacock and then if the game is on Prime that's another $10. If only we had one service that would bundle everything together and have one place to watch everything.
