Bring on the Yanks!

Feel good that they were sitting around getting rusty while we won an exciting series at home.

Hope that momentum carries over into the next series. We need to pound the boards early against their mediocre starters.

Yeah it really sucks to have to settle throwing Greinke on full rest in game one.




We are so freaking spoiled.
I love having Cole start G3 in the Bronx.

Plus having JV/Cole at home to close it out makes me feel like if we get back home then we are the favorites.

NO MORE GAMES AT THAT CHITHOLE, THE TROP!! Yankees pitching was sharp against the Twins but they don't have the depth of the Rays. Greinke fixes the change/BP pitch and we'll be fine. Remember what happened after we swept the Indians last year. We've got a ton of momentum and confidence. This group is special but it's going to be a knock down, drag out fight!!! I still think we pull it off.

Our lineup order is fine,
Reddick is our starting right fielder.
Urquindy gets the ball in game 4s.

But good luck figuring out which Osuna or Greinke shows up

Going back to the tipping pitches: ARod, Papi weren't the only ones talking about it. Yahoo posted an article in like the 6th inning with former players, including former Astro Preston Wilson, pointing out on Twitter the Astros found something.

Cole was also tipping his pitches. Astros batting coach had to correct Cole's mannerisms. Difference is the Rays still couldn't hit his stuff.

Plesac just broke it down on MLB Network, showing it all came down to the height of his glove when Glasnow came set.

Who cares though? It's perfectly legal and baseball is a chess match.

We don't offer him the biggest contract but it's a competitive offer and he rather be here with this team and this staff.

Was Darvish tipping his pitches in game 3 as well as game 7? The Astros ripped him in both games but is there any way the Dodgers wouldn't have figured it out after the first time? Anyone know?
