I think the issue with Whitley right now might be immaturity. I've heard first hand that he spends a lot of time at UT frat houses partying with his high school buddies. Not that its not normal for a guy his age to want to party with his friends, but RR might not be the best spot for him.
Lunhow's comments when they sent him to Florida were telling.
