I'm sure no one is more frustrated than Correa himself, but good grief. Unless he has a miraculousb physical turn around, the Astros absolutely should not give him that big contract he's gonna want.

Yep. Only thing is that if you have to replace him mid series he's not eligible for the next round. I'd almost rather carry an extra IF replacement in that case.

Yep. But we should all just come to grips with the fact that its a back issue. I don't think it'll be pain that shuts him down. It's be ineffectiveness. He tried to play through it last year and was terrible. These guys will suck it up and play. It's just a matter of it being smart or not. 99% Toro is better than 50% Correa. Last year, 70% Lance was better than a lot of our other options.
Correa and his back are a serious issue.
The fact it's recurring and he gets tightness after an off day is concerning.
However, if he can't play in the postseason it's not gonna make or break us. We've accomplished quite a bit with him out and while I like our chances better with him not having him isn't gonna slow us down.

He's saving us a lot of money in arbitration and hopefully erased any consideration of a long term deal. Waaaayyyy to fragile.
