I just think that VJ is a much higher IQ player and a much better defender. VJ coming in 2-3 inches over expectations and Ace coming in 3" under is a pretty big deal.

If we get the 3rd pick with the Hawks, I might consider VJ at 3 and Carter Bryant at 9.

Herro put up 24/5/5 this year and has good shooting numbers. If you think that's what Kon can be, he is a no brainer. He's also 20-30lbs heavier than Herro.

Yeah, I agree. I think that is the way you play it. My choice at 14 is probably Bryant then Fleming then Sorber, but Fleming's size really makes me want to pick him.

Fleming is going to be 6'10 235 in shoes with a 7'6 wingspan and he shot 56/39/74 this year.

Bailey shot 46/35/69 this year and is shorter and doesn't defend as well.

Bryant is a more polished defender and defended against higher level competition. But Fleming is 2" taller, 6" longer wingspan, and 20lbs heavier. And we need a PF that can stretch the floor. Fleming just feels like a taller/longer Naz Reid starter kit to me.

He can't finish at the rim, hit threes (38/30/83 shooting), dribble, or pass, but he's a menace on defense.

Watched a bit of UAB hoops this past season (i live there) and got kinda a Paul Millsap/DeJuan Blair type. Had some eye opening games in the AAC tournament. He passed my eye test as someone who had canine internal immeasurables.
