So many of their players are unplayable on other teams. They have a really bad roster. But that what's happens when you no longer have two starters in Durant and ibaka. When Russ isn't on the floor their offense is non existent. They don't know what to do.

Utah is smoking hot right now. It'd be nice to get a win against them tonight. Tony and Boris both out. They probably planned this.

The issues on Tuesday were defensive in nature. Pau, Dedmon and Lee haven't quite learned the system yet and it hurt the other night. They will come around and having Green back eventually will help a lot.

To follow up on this point, Danny Green being out was huge. Early in that Utah game they were lighting up the court from deep. Part of that was just great shooting and part was the very obvious struggle that Kyle Anderson had rotating in the defense. He is playing out of position at the 2 and is running around after much smaller guys (Doesn't help that his nickname is slow mo). Additionally, Utah is no joke. They are a legit playoff team. It's not like we got stomped by some no name players. Let's see how the team responds tonight.

Parker is going to be out a few games.

Kawhi has been great in the 3rd

Solid win for Spurs after falling to Jazz at home. Came out and took care of business while keeping minutes low for Clippers tomorrow.

Our transition defense has been god awful so far this year. Way too much confusion and lack of communication.

Kawhi's ability to get to the line is incredible. 8 free throws so far.

You know, last year I saw how ticked off Kawhi got about missing free throws and figured he would come back shooting better, but holy crap. He might be the most relentless gym rat ever. How do you get so much better at so many things every offseason?

Apparently this was our 7th game in 12 nights, and 4 have been on the road (worse, we've had games in all 4 times zones). That's a lot of playing and traveling and screwing around with their circadian rhythms.

Not surprising that we no-showed this one energy-wise.
