im bashing the leader of the program who's forced nearly every upperclassmen to leave his program due to his incompetent coaching and poor leadership! He recruited these girls and now most are forced to leave their preferred school and friends to go play for someone and a program who is respected! I feel for these girls! The dynamics are complicated and emotional for all the players......perhaps most for the girls who are staying. Some girls love Aggieland and want to be part of a solution. Others have close friends, including their teammates, they don't want to leave. And for the best players there is fear that they will be branded as inferior for staying.....as though it's a sign they have no better options. It's a **** show all around. Let's hope we get a good assistant coach. Appreciate your response. Just defensive of remaining players who read this board and are struggling with their decision to stay.
