Is a 6 seed good enough to get a home match in 1st round?

No, only the first 4 seeds host! So the top 16 overall our RPI before the week was 22!! So it'll require a huge jump and the committee loving us, maybe a 5 seed is possible, with 7 being the floor! I think if we got the 5 we can beat the 4 seed in the second round if the matchup is right and get into the sweet sixteen but that'll be a tough task, but possible!

May I interest you in Aggie Volleyball they did this wild and rare thing of firing a coach who was in decline and hired a new young energetic and passionate coach and in year 2 are going back to the tournament, after making it in year 1, but expecting better results! Selection show is tomorrow and we should be about a 6 seed

Ya'll are gonna hate me but......

Duke is in the Final 4 with a coach who has announced his retirement and his replacement is on the roster working already.

UNC is in the Final 4 with an interim head coach.

Meanwhile, A&M has a lame duck head coach that will be in Cary watching all of it and probably trying to hire a primary assistant for next season and trying to recruit new players who know he won't have a job when he's talking to them.
