In one of the shots I saw it has a pattern to it, bu t it's definitely just red.

Yeah, there's a bit of a textured feel to it, but from any distance away it's not noticeable.

There's a possibility that City and Liverpool end level on points, GD and GS. Both legs of the H2H were 2-2 draws. That leads us to a 1 game playoff...

Judging by the performance of Arsenal and A&M in general my cheering for you might very well be cursed.....but all of us Gooners are cheering for you. Smack em around today. Salah needs a hat trick.

I feel bad for the Brighton fans…normally you'd feel good about beating Man U but they basically beat Watford today hahahaha

Salah snuck an afternoon snack during Ramadan.

Which we probably would have accomplished with ease if you walking broken mirrors would have stayed off our thread.

Can't be too frustrated with the team. It's unreasonable to expect them to win every game when playing such high quality opponents. Credit must be given to Tottenham for their overall effort and organization.

We are top of the table.

I need a big game from Allan Saint-Maximin tomorrow.

I just don't see City dropping points the rest of the way. Competition level just isn't strong enough.

Y'al had no business dropping two points to Spuds. Weak sauce.

I agree. VVD inexplicably gave Kane too much time and let him put Robbo into a bad 2-1. Doesn't happen very often, that's for sure. That's sports.

Not totally on VVD. VVD should have challenged Kane initially for the header, but once he lost the ball he properly sinks back to establish the backline. Son takes up a position behind him (offsides).

Konate is the free CB, he needs to close Kane down and Robbo needs to stay wide on his man.

Konate does nothing and sits in "no-mans" land, while Robbo spends too much time focusing on Son who is 1) not his man and 2) offsides at the moment.

As a result, Robbo's man is wide open and can put in an easy ball to Son who does a wonderful job establishing position onsides.

Yeah, you're right. I didn't actually watch any replays other than the ones they showed in-game and I was painting my garage.

Looking at it just now we were a disaster defensively in transition. TAA was caught jogging back and then lets Kane take the ball inside instead of walling him off away from goal, VVD sort of stepped up but actually didn't put any pressure on Kane because I think he was hoping Fab would get there (he didn't as he was jogging back as well), Robbo runs with Son inside because neither CB is really in position and then he gets out-flanked by the second Spur. VVD and Konate both step to Kane late and so neither is able to help defend Son right at the top of the six for the tap in goal. Trent sort of just watches everything take place after he lets Kane go inside... never ever really works back to the goal until Son gets his shot away.

Great team goal by Spurs made much easier by a trainwreck of transition defense.

Y'all probably saw that Haaland to City is officially official now. It'll be interesting to see if any other roster pieces get off loaded to make room or if it's addition only. Also interesting to see all the sportswashing coverage we saw regarding Chelsea up and disappear when it comes to City and how they're able to finance moves like this.

I really really hate City, but there won't be any FFP issues with Haaland. When he opened up his recruitment pre-Dortmund, he was only willing to sign with clubs that submitted a modest release clause. As such, he is moving to city for less than 60 million.

Hard to see how he won't be an instant success. Hopefully he screws up their chemistry or gets hurt; otherwise, its going to be painful for the other 19 EPL clubs.

All Man city has to do is score 2 goals....Wolves can't score more than 1 goal a game. They really shouldn't have sold that Diogo Jota guy...he is pretty good at scoring.
