Glad the scoreline showed this for the asskicking this was. Needed to play defense for like 20 minutes and yet looked like toddlers...again. Opponents played like they actually have pride in not allowing goals. 2-1 or whatever would have flattered Chelsea

Leicester has Sheffield U which should be a great match.

Man U has Chrystal Palace.


Hopefully can open the gap on Leicester .

Yup, that was a beauty too. Perfectly placed. And he damn near had a beautiful trap & half-volley but a good save by the keeper resulted in a corner.

3 goals and an assist in 7 games so far since the restart with a half left to play. Hoping he can bag another one in the second half.

The downside to that I guess is that if results go badly on Sunday and next Wednesday in all 3 games, then Manchester United and Leicester could play to a gentleman's draw and both qualify over Chelsea no matter what Chelsea does.

If he's not injured, I don't have a problem with it. Mason Mount is a paradoxical type player, better served to be on the field in games like this than weaker sides. He's gonna put in way more work up front than Pulisic would

Unlike the Sheffield United score this other day, this scoreline feels unfortunate. Still the typical lapses in concentration from one of the worst defenses in the league, though.
