OK, explain this logic to me. You say that Texas is corrupt, but it's the referees that are making the calls and doing the bull***** So is the insinuation that they're being paid to do so or their bullied to do so or what is the situation. Unbelievable, no but this day and age would be very hard to pull off unless there is a level of corruption that is involving many many people. I think it's improbable. Not necessarily impossible. So the logic is that the refs or the league is actually being paid in favor of Texas? That's the statement you're making.

Yes. And no. Not unless you want the gravy train to end.
This has been beyond incompetence. Egregious benefit by the refs to the tu team. There really is no other explanation.
AND, I'll add that favorable announcing keeps positive attention on the team and wicks away most of the negativity, which benefits how they are perceived on a national level, which then benefits them in the rankings. This has been happening for DECADES.
