What I don't understand about the reviews on spots nowadays is that they review for if it reached 1st down marker, but even if you don't have evidence of him reaching the 1st down marker, there is enough evidence to move it up to the 1/2 yard line vs. the almost full yard they had it measured out for. They used to at least use the review to get a proper spot even if the intention of review was if it reached the 1st down marker.
