Once again, the way they call and don't call targeting is just incredibly stupid. That is the type of hit they should be trying to take out of the game. They don't call it there, but call it on plays that are just regular football plays.

I think he might have inadvertently first made contact at upper shoulder pads, while launching, that got in the way of him smashing the crown of his helmet into the guys facemask
