I don't think I need inside info to be pretty confident that if Sumlin doesn't hire a good OC and things don't improve drastically next fall he's gone. Just sayin

I've been following this all along but I'm lost now. I'm in between things at work and just glanced at recent posts, but I fail to understand the logic here.
I understand there is still a battle in terms of firing Sumlin now. Obviously if that happens then the next issue is moot. But, if Sumlin does not get fired and Sumlin hires a retread as OC or not a "big name" then you say he is gone in a year. I can't understand this. What do you mean? After the 2016 season? IF, he is going to be fired AFTER the 2016 season IF he hires somebody other than a big name OC, then why wait? IF he hires somebody that isn't a big name, then why not just fire him immediately? What would be the point to waiting a year? In reality, if this is the case, I fail to see how his non-sexy hire would be allowed in the first place. IF he tries to hire somebody that is not a big name, why wouldn't those in power just veto his selection and fire him?
Also any word on the timing? Each day this drags on hurts our already slim chances of landing a QB and hanging on to this average recruiting class. Since we ALL knew this was coming for a long time, I have to assume the replacement is right around the corner.
