I honestly don't think anyone (well very few) are about "defending Rojo" but actually about trying to find and defend the truth in all this. I think most people are fascinated by Rojo because the actual evidence points to him having real inside info. If there is actual evidence pointing to him being a fraud, a liar, and a troll then I think 99% of the people who are intrigued by what he is saying want to hear that and change their minds and stop listening to him. The problem is that the evidence against him isn't there....at least that has been brought forth in a clear way.

So if you have concrete evidence, bring it out. It would be nice to legitimately discredit him so that this madness can stop.

Yeah, I agree. The derp post seems exactly like a guess or troll based on the OP's article.

I also agree that AggieRojo truly seems to have a legit source. I think that is verified by how staff treats him and his own posting behaviors. Obviously he could be wrong about Spurrier being "done" but I would strongly suspect that there have been legit conversations about Spurrier coming to A&M.

Time will tell.

This is just a guess, but I think it goes something along the lines of the source telling Rojo "Sumlin is seriously talking to Foster/Chavis/Spurrier," then he runs to post that its "official" before it is to that stage.

I'd probably do the same. Aren't many things in life better than being immortal on Texags.

I could definitely see that being the case. Jumping the gun ever so slightly, even though his posts have seemed to be careful about wording things (which points to an attention to detail).

Well I can't speak to the thread you linked above, but I would have never claimed that he wasn't sunshine pumping last year when he was saying that the signing day was going to be the greatest ever and was talking about how great things were in the program and how national championships were just around the corner. I think it was clear as day that he was playing the roll of a "cheerleader." BUT to me that has nothing to do with his claims of knowing inside info. He can know things and sunshine pump, they aren't mutually exclusive.

All seemed well for Rojo with Mack re-committing and Kyler's reaffirmation...until things went sideways with Sheffield...and then with Boyd....and then generally no other high end recruits. People called out Rojo, blah blah blah, he then states that his intentions for posting were strictly to help "salvage" a class that was in danger of mean message board posters. He said users should only post positive things and that his posts were intended to generate positivity. NOTHING MORE. NO GRAND PREDITIONS. NO INSIDE INFO.

Sounds like he is saying that a big agenda he had last year was rallying the troops so they wouldn't devolve into attacking recruits on the fence.

lol c'mon man...I'm not going to re-post the entire 10 page thread, but if you read it you'd see there's no dispute. He posts in many different ways that he was simply sunshine pumping.

And when it's not Spurrier he's going to come on here and make up some other excuse. And then he'll re-emerge somewhere else and make another bold prediction that people will flock to. (wash, rinse, repeat)
