I would delete the partial ride just because I'm OCD about crap like that and wouldn't want a partial ride "cluttering up" my profile. Leaving it in won't hurt anything, especially since you did the full ride as well.
Tangent question...have you taken your FTP test or were you guessing at your zones? Or did you just ignore the zone ques?

Got my bike a month ago and did that Discover Your Power Zones program. Keep in mind prior to getting my bike I was getting fat, out of shape and drank way too much so my output following the first test was 85 I think, I'll be interested today when I take the test following the month long program because right now that is pretty much my level one output. It really is an effective program and even after one month I can already see and feel a major difference on my well being
