I got one of the support reps to mail me the calibration tools for free, and, after recalibrating my bike, my output has changed drastically.
For a ride two weeks ago vs this week, with the same heart rate and length, I'm averaging about 20-30% less output than I used to. For a 45 minute class, I used to do around 650 output regularly, but my most recent two rides after calibration have been 500-515 range.
I guess it's good for it to be more accurate (and the average output now is close to what I get on my actual bike trainer), but I was shocked at how far off my old calibration was. It makes comparing myself to my old rides now useless, so calibrate with caution.
