Very often these are overpriced by the owner, especially on IH8Mud. If you have an exceptional rig - clean, low miles, collector's edition or what have you - then exceptional prices may be paid. I just sold my 80 and bought a 100 and based on my experiences in buying both and selling the one I think the owners will need to take about $3k off their asking prices - but all it takes is the right buyer and some patience to get a sale sometimes.
If you like personalizing your vehicles then I'd suggest offering $7K for the unmodified one, if rust free, and see how that goes. I like choosing the bumper and sliders and upgrades myself, but you might prefer one already built exactly as you'd like. Like I said, I think all three look like solid Cruisers and only thought you should offer well below asking to see if they'll work with you. I did see the one had a sale pending and lots of interest, perhaps he'll get close to what he's asking.
One has been listed over a month, one for two months, and the unmodified one is recently posted. It took about 6 weeks to sell my triple locked 96 with lift, 35" tires, ARB and 4x4 Labs bumper, all upgraded stereo, all new A/C components, rebuilt front axle - but with rust - for $6800.
