Traffic cams in southern Florida are picking up tornadoes. Wouldn't that be about a *****? Trying to evacuate the hurricane and get stuck in traffic, only to have a tornado land on your ass.

I'm not sure either, the issue is then that you have to have responders around, and in danger themselves, to keep tabs on the lunatics that refuse to listen to orders.
