It's always the same bull***** "Rain coming in two weeks." And then in the days leading up to it the chance drops to 40%, then 20%, then nothing happens. I haven't seen a drop since June and everything has went nowhere near me today as well. I think this is the last chance till late September.

I'm in cypress near Louetta and Grant. We got 2 minutes of rain. Enough to increase the humidify while bringing no actual benefit. Definitely on brand for this summer.

Watching this big green and yellow glob pass about 5 miles to our east without getting a drop is making me irrationally angry.

Getting the wind from it to break off some dry tinder out of the trees, though.

Got up at 5:20 to welcome the rain in Timbergrove. Watched from the driveway as it sprinkled a couple minutes then went east. The driveway was bone dry in a matter of minutes.
