That's The Apex. I go to The Crossing which is at Parkway Fellowship (1093 and 359), and you also have a few other options in CCR. The Tank, The Armory, The Cavalry, and The Powerhouse.

Anyone looking for a little more fun tomorrow, we are introducing WUZONKABALL to the Tomball guys at 6:00 at Juergens Park. If you haven't played it, its almost a cross between Quiddich and Ultimate Frisbee. I played it in the Hill Country region a few weeks ago.

We've been doing a 10 day challenge called Get Right Challenge 2026 where we have alternated 1 hour hellish beatdowns with our sister AO Iron Meadow in Magnolia. This should be a fun way to end the challenge and get everyone moving.

F3 is open to men of all ages that are 18 and up and all fitness levels.

Probably varies across AOs some, but think most won't mind mature ~16-17 yos. We have a few, usually sons of long-term members and typically on the weekend. Just note the conversation can get pretty blue (typically in a Dad-joke kind of way). More importantly, they need to be able to handle men discussing/sharing sensitive life issues and being vulnerable. Any younger is probably not appropriate and their presence would probably discourage that aspect of the group.

However, our area also does semi-regular "family" workout event that bounces around the local AOs. Guys bring their 5-10yos and even daughters to those and its a great time.
