Is their anywhere in Houston to get legit Chicago style pizza?
Try Big Z's on S. Mason in Katy if you are out west.AustinCountyAg said:

I went to Giordano's and Lou Malnati's in Chicago and didn't find them any better than Star Pizza's deep dish. Lou Malnati's had a unique crust, but that was about it.AustinCountyAg said:

Well there's nobody outside of them who makes it. So if that's what you consider "legit", then you'll need to fly to Chicago.AustinCountyAg said:Lou's is what we had and the crust is what I miss. Lol my roommate used to consistently put on Big Lebowski after NG or Poets, smoke a bowl, and fall asleep with dumplings in the steamer and wake up with the smoke alarms going off.Diggity said:
you skipped the part where you passed out with the totino's in the oven and woke up to a smoke filled house and a hockey puck in the oven.
never saw that deposit again.

There's a dude who runs the kitchen at Rudyard's who makes a really good pizza. We have reservations at Tiny Champions tonight - will report back on that pizza.
