I feel like they're a brand that I should own. I really like their 400 Chrono, I absolutely loved their diver until I saw it was the thickness of a hockey puck on the wrist.

I don't get it. I mean why the unnecessary screws on the plain bezel? If your gonna build a bezel, put something useful on it. And then don't clutter it up with screw heads. The design makes absolutely no sense to me.

I'm partial to the extra thin. The 2121 movement has the history to make the RO an even more interesting piece.

I believe they designed this watch to be luxurious but also sporty. The screws were based on some type of early drive/scuba mask.

Now that, I absolutely love. The Royal Oak is my favorite watch. I can't decide exactly which reference I prefer, but since I can't afford one, I'm okay with being indecisive for the time being.

I saw a lot of the Euro team at the Ryder Cup wearing offshores at their press conference. Seems like those are very populer overseas.

Truthfully, I can't afford one right now either. In lieu of buying a number of other watches on my want list in the mean time, I'll be scratching those off the list and saving up for this one.

Excellent choice on paying extra for the upgraded movement, a true connoisseur. Believe me when I tell you that I'd make them give me a brand new watch with the correct hands. The last thing you want when you special order a watch is to have them have to go bust the case open again to install the correct hands.

Also, on a personal note; you must have quite the Orthodox gentleman's beard with that manly arm pelt you're sporting. I can only imagine the amount of chest pubes sprouting out of your safety pinned backwards hanes white-t in B's.

I'm not too worried about them installing the hands. They just refurbished it and put it together. It'll be the same guy swapping them out. I think it'll be ok.
