I would say the PAM0005, they were honest that it was a decorated ETA movement with their own bridge and regulator, and it was clean and classic Panerai, and they didn't try to charge $20k for it.

New stuff too I believe is clean. I have a Radiomir Oficine that I've really enjoyed. It's a manual winding but looks very mid century modern to me. $5k new And is entry level.
