very understated.

for a simple, stainless, automatic fashion type watch, I've always liked the Bvlgari Bvlgari.

Wifey is buying me a new watch for our 10yr anny. Was going to get the Drive de Cartier but I want the steel band instead. Any watches that look similar but have the steel band?

I inherited a Rolex from my grandfather, but it needs to be repaired. Is there anywhere in Houston that can do this?
quote:bro, that is an awesome watch; one of the most beautiful out there, but you will find yourself never wearing it. Have you tried it on? I have the regular, less expensive version with the black face and standard grey ceramic bezel, it is the thickest damn watch I've ever seen. It didn't fit under any cuff I owned; and I was constantly banging it against doorknobs.
so bustup what is your boy gonna charge for my old favorite that ive been talking myself out of the omega seamaster pro

Sending wires is standard in the gray watch market.
The motto is "buy the seller first". Both of those guys are a+ guys with global reputations. They have a lot to lose by stiffing a customer. In a transaction, someone has to be the Guinea pig and that's on the buyer.
I wouldn't buy a watch off amazon outside of a skx007 or a luminox or others in excess of $1000. Both of these guys are peddaling 100% real watches and a lot of new watches come with your name on the warranty card.

Love it
How do you make it even better? By getting a Super Oyster bracelet from Strap Code.

quote:it's kind of funny, but when you go down the "rabbit hole" of high end watches; you realize that the most popular rolexes (submariner, datejust, explorer, sea dweller, etc) are kind of like the BMW 3-series of high end watches; and the Audemars, FP Journe, Patek, etc etc are the real "high end" ones. Even then, you still have some of the crazy Roger Dubuis, Richard Mille ones that go for more than a rich man earns in a year.
Isn't Rolex the best?
