I used Thanh. Bought a new watch, so he just sourced a brand new one from an Authorized Dealer in sort of a broker arrangement.

Both he and Davidsw have good pictures online, but don't think they have showrooms.

Thanh is in Houston and San Antonio so he'll do a deal in person so you can see the item before buying if you are buying used and live in those places.

Mine wasn't on his site. He went and found a new one for me. But I believe there is probably some wiggle room on his pre-owned models. The popular ones go really quickly, however, so YMMV.

I would doubt you're getting manufacturers warranties on most of those guys watches either.

That's typically the trade-off. It's not a huge deal to me because the odds of having an issue in the first 2 years are pretty slim anyway. Sites like Jomashop warranty their watches themselves and have a decent reputation as far as service quality. Never had to use them for that though.

Jomas offers their own warranty. One of the benefits to buying high end watches are that the quality is outstanding.
