Jub got badly dehydrated at the Birddogs show Thursday night. Combined with his bronchitis, it sent him to the hospital where he stayed overnight.
But I'm more interested in his ER nurse. Said he might put her in his all time top ten.

Yes, usually when running in the background and the app tries to run an ad. Soon as I swipe and open the app, the ad plays and the stream starts playing again

I dont mind 1-3 as much as others on here do.
But if I'm them, I start taking calls on a regular basis. It'd be a bit of a throw-back for the station, gets listeners involved, and likely provides some good content when you discuss/argue with some of them.

Still not great but I think 1-3 would have been better if it had been Sean and Monty with Mino as producer. Im going to be over at the freak during this slot.

I also don't care for Matt, shame because I like Donnie.

man...disagree completely on calls. i think they're 99% terrible.
with the one caveat that if you get something grown organically (a la ebrake, rome back in the day, etc), then it's good.

Thing is, seems like they take them so rarely now, that everyone tries to do bits. But back in the day, it wasnt like that because they'd screen them and have actual conversations.

I'm with the last poster. Taking calls is the bottom feeder of sports radio. This would be like taking what is already the most generic show on the Ticket and completing a time machine ride back to 80s and early 90s prior to truly become pre-Ticket sports talk radio. They should just hire Grandpa Urine to do 1-3 if it comes to that

Sean and Mino are as bland as boiled chicken, but adding Monty and afternoon Jub was solid today.
1-3 needs the most help from the other shows. They have Gordon coming on once a week. Hopefully, they can continue Picks with friends too.

Yesterday I listened to a “sports talk” radio station in Dallas sneer at this song. Act like it’s typical country hokum. Speculate that @AintGottaDollar is an industry k-pop creation. The only time they gave him a high five…
Fox News guy definitely went full Fox News, but his underlying point is valid. I heard the segment and laughed at Corby and Davey for thinking it's more likely this guy is a music industry creation/test case then a real person who happened to have a song go viral.
This day and age it literally takes one popular/connected person to find and share a song online and it can spread around the world instantly.

Honestly…Corby has exactly one "talent" in life and that is making fun of other's actual talents.
He's nothing more than a vapid commentator always watching and judging from the sidelines.
That really does sum up most of the long-time hosts on the Ticket right now. Also noticed Davey couldn't help but comment and then mostly get dogpiled. Bob couldn't stay out of it either. Love Bob still, but he does like to play a bit of "i'm just reasonable and above it, you ignorant masses" victim now.
So the guys on the ticket have created one of the most successful and loyal radio stations in the history of the medium but they're all actually talentless.

No doubt Bob's liberal tendencies have come out over the last few years. I liked him better when I didn't know his political leanings.
They have talent. But it is interesting to see how they've changed over time. They basically mock the type of listener that made this station now
They don't mock me and their ratings have never been better.
