I've tried increasing zone watering there with no improvement, maybe soakers would be more effective. It's never been an issue before but of course this summer has been exceptional.

Hard to fight the weather we had with sprays. Honestly hard with soakers too, but a little more focused.

Ends up being a do the best you can type thing.

For foundation watering, I recommend to not use actual soaker hoses as they tend to not distribute the water evenly along the length of the hose. Drip irrigation tubing works much better.

Total of about 6 inches since it started raining until this afternoon.
