I've been in the area since 2016 and I probably wouldn't know enough about the community to feel the effects. I am thinking about moving into a bigger home soon so hopefully I don't feel it when it comes time to sell.
I think this is a big "it depends". I would argue that the UTD sprawl is affecting the neighborhood and area even more than the Pallisades and that just keeps on rolling unabated.double aught said:
