So many different directions they can go with this. Some of you guys should help with the writing. I like some of the ideas here. You can have some of these people be heroes for the family or they can be villains.

Thoughts on the season 2 finale?

Spoilers ahead for anyone who hasn't seen it yet!








I thought they wrapped it up a little too neatly, particularly with how easily they took the brothers out.

Not near enough Beth and I wish they would have drawn out some time between her attack and the last two episodes so that her face looked better to finish the season.

I'm guessing season 3 is going to focus back in on the reservation vs the Dutton's but not sure how Josh Holloway fits into all of that other than a likely cock block for Rip.

Agree about it being too "neat", especially the second brother Malcolm. Really didnt think hed be there at the camp like that.

Dabney Coleman, wow. Didnt know he was that old and still around.

Just finished Colony on Netflix so looking forward to Sawyer joining next season.

Gets me mad every time I see it. I was glad he was wearing a cap most of the time in the season finale. Some one needs to help him out.

I've thought of this thread a couple times since We'd night. The fact it took until Friday to get a bump tells me I was not alone with a bit of 'meh' feeling about the finale.

I love the show but wonder what kind of longevity it can have.

Feels like prison break, you can only break out of so many prisons before the story is old.

I agree, expected a final plot twist / cliffhanger to set up the next season.

But I'm in a pickle.....
Just cut the cord from Att uverse cable. Using YouTube tv now. But they don't carry Paramount Network yet. They will though in July or August.

Anyone else in the same boat??

I was just telling my wife it's coming back on. We had Suddenlink tv. Now just YouTube tv, Netflix and amazon.

It streams for free the next day on the Paramount Channel website.

I'm buying Philo app for a month, possibly two. It has Paramount and History (so I can watch Alone also)

I've been buying the season on Amazon and watching that way. Episodes available as they air. Can't wait for season 3!

Damned if they dont make this hard to watch. I tried the philo app and the paramount app on roku - neither have the first few episodes of season 1.

I'm not gonna pay $15 a season on Amazon either.

They have been doing marathons on the paramount channel and I think another one this week

Someone mentioned that they air on the paramount website the day after they air it on tv. I might just watch it that way and deal with the commercials. Air play my phone to smart tv.

I did think about buying the Philo service. My plan was to buy it in August and maybe watch the 3-4 episodes from June/July and then catch up with the Aug episodes. I think I read they will have 10 episodes. But not sure if Philo will have all the previous episodes available to stream from season 3.

We have SlingTV. Paramount is included in Sling Blue and all the episodes are available for streaming in the app - and I just confirmed they were all still there.

Decent start to the new season, definitely interesting that Beth has been buying up all that land for work and then finds out who the management company is and that they're at odds with her family.

Wouldn't trust Jamie with that livestock commissioner position, he already screwed the family over once...

Overall looks to be worth watching another season, the wife and I enjoy keeping up with it.

I pulled up Youtube TV and searched for Yellowstone and also caught it on the POP network. I never could figure out why it said POP in the top left, but didn't much care, once I added it to my library.

My wife and I also enjoy it. Those mountain vistas really make me want to upgrade to an 80 inch flat panel though!

Soundtrack still solid.

Yeah . . .the PeeWee Herman looking corporate attorney is not as menacing as the two liquor borthers. It is early days though.

I have a love hate relationship with this show. Taylor Sheridan has made some good movies, but the plot lines here are preposterous.

The Beth and Jamie characters are completely worthless. They have no redeeming values as human beings, so why should I be interested in what happens to them. I look forward to them dying.

I like the story lines involving Kayce kicking people's asses, Rip too. I agree the second season was tied up a little too neatly, but it was still satisfying.
