I played 5 hours yesterday and got no wins. I did have 6 kills one match though.

R301-Spitfire is my ideal combo if I need to carry... If my good teammate is on I'll run either spitfire or r301 with a R99 or peacekeeper so I can get more sw****.

I usually run try to run a longbow/wingman or longbow/peacekeeper. I will keep the scope on the longbow to 2x or less. Fully loaded you are pretty deadly from all ranges.

R99 / Shotgun is very typical, especially early on with lesser back packs. I'm pretty aggressive with my Mirage so I need room for shields & heals... This combo allows more space cause I only need one slot of shotgun ammo. 301 and spitfires are also welcome.

And I have to say that I'm becoming a bigger fan of the havoc, especially with the turbo charger. That thing not only shreds, but it has some nice long range accuracy if you tap out single shots.

I'm a big proponent of Turbocharge havoc. Dices people up

I think they're going to need to tweak ammo quantities/stacks. Grenade stacks might need to be bumped from 2->3.

I'm still all about the wingman/peacekeeper combo.

The tournaments so far have been your team fighting the randoms on their server, and most points scored in X hours wins. I believe the Twitch Rivals tournament awarded points for kills and top 3 finishes.

It would awesome if they had the ability to run a private server, possibly coinciding with cross-platform play - then you could have just two divisions, PC and console, and we would actually be playing each other. I'm sure they are moving in that direction, though!

I typically run a light and a heavy or two heavies if I can. So 301/R99 and Spitfire/flatline

This pretty much sums it up, but with a twist. instead of all teams running the same amount of time, the quarter-finals would have 2 or three rounds. then, top four teams progress. semis are 1-2 rounds, rinse and repeat.

It would be a points based system as well. Two points per kill, and 1st place gets 30 points, 2nd gets 15, 3rd gets 8.

One member from each team must be streaming, so that I can eSport the **** out of it. I've got a sample video that I can post to the Discord.

I've been playing a couple of matches a night. I'll run double Hemlock if possible. I want to like the G7, but it just doesn't seem to hit with any consistency in mid-range fighting which should be it's forte. It's spammable up close which makes me question what they were going for with it.

This guy is the bomb, and he's gonna need someone to fill the void for the next few nights while I'm out of the mix.

Had my best randoms team yesterday. We all ended up with 5+ kills each and lots of damage dealt. None of us were super star players with crazy stats, we just played really well.

It was satisfying because we weren't just ambushing teams mid fight... we fought teams straight up and we melted them all. No mic comms either... spent the entire game just pinging & murdering.

Got the last 2 kills with my teammates knocked and then got to savor it a bit because one of the two knocked enemies had a gold knockdown shield. My only regret is that I should have done an execution for the final blow... that would have made for a cool clip!

I'm always down for a game.

Had a particularly good match this afternoon, also with the Hemlock/EVA-8 combo. Got second place with a couple of no-mic randoms, one of whom got zero kills doing 161 damage.

I'm starting to think that, like many things in life, it doesn't matter how good the various guns are in the abstract, what matters is how well you do with them.

I've decided I suck and cannot keep up with the young guns. Could be my connection/ computer, but I do nothing but die.

Soooooo I just converted back to my one true self. Rejoined the master race of PC.

I can game but there is quite the learning all over again. I haven't played games on a PC in 8-10 years. I downloaded discord but have no idea what I'm doing.
