The bad start got them rattled and they couldn't recover.
Watching a kick go off the post in to the field goal just sums up the breaks we have gotten today

It's especially head scratching since he had a blueprint of what not to do for both his offensive and defensive schemes from the Vikings win over San Fran last week
We got embarrassed by the Browns and came back and embarrassed them in the playoffs. Pretty awful game but I trust in this team to bounce back next week

Tell ya what though...their hopes ride solely on Darnold and his health. The cheer he got when he came back on the field was really loud, fans up here know what it looks like to have a talented team led by terrible backup QB's after last year. I was at some of those bad Nick Mullens/Josh Dobbs games and they were brutal.

Texans have not played a clean game this season. All love for DeMeco, but his team is not disciplined at all.
Self inflicted penalties took us out of the game. Too much invested in the OL to be doing that.

The two biggest penalties when we were still in it were the procedure penalty against tunsil ona big third down conversion (which is completely up to the ref) and a 50-50 call on a PI. Not much demeco can do about those
25 penalties in 3 games. It's a perpetual issue, which is on coaching.
Tunsil was bad with the false starts before DeMeco. He's a literal drive killer.
That said, today was an everything goes one way game. Not the Texans.
Regroup and go beat the Jags. Team still has a lot to prove and this game does not have to be a season killer.

PI was horrible call. The off the line calls were just BS. Look at all the other tackles in every game.
Lost count at the bar - did Tunsil have 5 penalties on him?
