So they are saying there was a 10 second run-off...ok, fine, but if the ref can come out and say "my apologies for the confusion"...he HAS to say "by rule, there is a 10 second runoff from when the player was down by contact. Clock operator put 5 seconds on the clock and the clock will start with my whistle."
Refs did all this clock manipulation, and never informed the Texans what they were doing. And to say it is the coaching staff's job to know...how can you know if the refs don't know what they are doing?

We are so fortunate we did not win the Bryce Young sweepstakes. Dude is having a miserable game.

At the end of the day it's on DeMeco, but the refs did a horrendous job of communicating what was going on.
