ICYMI, a district attorney in New York state is reopening the investigation of an alleged gang rape committed by Cornell University students two years ago, after the alleged victim filed a civil lawsuit against the university for negligence and failing to properly address sexual violence.
The woman involved, who has chosen to remain anonymous, admits to have voluntarily taken drugs and alcohol at the time. She apparently has no corroborating witnesses and no photographic or DNA evidence of being raped, so her case is "take my word for it".
But that hasn't stopped feminists from whining about "rape culture" and demanding that these seven men get the death penalty, as if "innocent until proven guilty" isn't a thing.
