From the looks of the car, no. Just reporting what is being said in the city's rush to judgment

Reporting it as one shot fired means the suspect didn't shoot but got shot by the mean ICE monsters.

I am simply pointing out that ice is usually not what anyone would call transparent when it comes to OIS, so no, we won't get body camera. We will be left with "trust us, we investigated ourselves and found ourselves to be innocent".

How are they not transparent? Because they didn't cave to the hate American narrative on ICE shootings?

It would be kinder to say that there are a couple of really really good Vietnamese places nearby, where I have been eating for 20 years.

My wife tells me that t.u. radio is reporting that the cops have "sprayed" (tear gassed?) the protestors.

As an Austin resident, I am glad there are ICE agents in Austin. This ICE agent shot this illegal alien in shot defense because he resisted arrest. Austin city leaders and the protestors are blaming ICE without much information because they are trying to paint ICE as Trump's modern-day Gestapo. Screw those calling to abolish ICE!

Gutfeld made this point last night talking about how he first came across Tyrus.

Tyrus sort of went viral by pointing out as a 6'5" 400-lb tatted up dude that maybe the cop is a bit apprehensive if he pulls Tyrus over.

He says he knows to keep calm and his hands on the wheel, as he naturally represents a threat.

When you are a known illegal, with a final order of removal, likely with a criminal record for crimes beyond immigration, the cop is going to be amped up. If you behave in a threatening way, you are very likely to be aerated with a projectile.

The time to make your case is in court, not at the end of a pistol.
