It didn't explicitly define war powers in context that was of any value to the future of technology. Which is why laws have been passed in the time since. So it has little to do with what's in the constitution, and everything to do with Congress holding the executive branch to the laws that it passed - which is the responsibility of Congress, and to the lesser degree, the courts.....neither of which have bothered to interfere much in the past 100 years with the prerogative of the executive branch in regards to military action. That is the reality. The other 2 branches are not going to restrict the executive here mostly because it isn't practical in modern day context. Nothing is stopping Congress from taking action - other than common sense.

Them disagreeing is one thing. The " you would be in prison" ****-talking seems a bit far fetched.

For Rubio to have a chance, Iran has to be brought in for a nice landing. Same for DeSantis and then also for any other R in the admin.

It's a big reason why people should be behind a win there and quit wishcasting for Orange Man to lose and Ayatollahs to win.

I don't understand why anyone would want to go toe to toe with Rubio. You will lose.

If this Trump-Bibi exchange really happened, I would be a bit miffed if I was BIbi. Trump gets to walk away from this if he wants. Israel can't. I would push the advantage as much has possible if I'm Israel.

These "Trump is furious with Netanyahu" reports are recycled every few months. They ran similar reports with Biden and Obama I believe. Nothing really changes though- we never stop unconditionally supporting/funding Israel.
