My wife still wears her Rebel shirt around town. Nobody has said a word or cares

Man chooses to drive by a mass protest.
Man allegedly gets a broken window.
Man decides that he's a big strong man who don't take no lip, and decides to confront the person he believes broke his window or stole his property.
Man summarily gets his **** kicked in seven ways from Sunday by the group of people who were connected to the person he decided he would confront.
If we want to compare this to the ICE aggravator that was killed, the correct answer is simple: stay home and you don't end up humbled by children. At the very least make sure that if you're going to engage with someone in a violent manner, that you can at a minimum defend yourself.
So somebody simply driving by what is supposed to be a "peaceful protest" becomes a victim of vandalism and theft and gets assaulted repeatedly while trying to retrieve their property, and you think it is their fault because they didn't take a different route to wherever they were going or just accept the vandalism and theft? Wow...
That scenario is in no way similar to a guy going out to deliberately interfere with a law enforcement operation carrying a gun into a physical confrontation with a law enforcement officer.
Exactly this guy is the victim not the assailant, why were the kids not in school to begin with? Id be furious if my kid was allowed to walk out.

I watched from the sidelines on that because I felt as an expat my opinion was trivial. That said, it was pretty obvious that the school board never intended to "evaluate" anything and it was predetermined they had already made up their minds those things were going to change. Any public input was just a dog and pony show

There was a viral video a couple of years back from a Hays volleyball game where a Hays player unfortunately got spiked in the face. It was one a Facebook thread with some former Hays friends, and I joked that it was karma for changing the mascot. Little did I know there was a black woman who attended Hays about the same time as me reading the thread. She still lives in Kyle. She started ripping on me about people still hurting from years of torture having to live in that district and all the years of racist symbolism, blah, blah, blah.
I am sure everything is all better now

The police think differently. I guess we'll see what all comes out. I find it mildly interesting dude went home and shaved his head and mustache before being arrested.

Surprise, Surprise " On Tuesday, Buda police said they arrested 45-year-old Chad Michael Watts, of Kyle, for two counts of assault causing bodily harm."
Are TexAgs posters who called these high school kids animals going to come back and revise their analysis?
Will you acknowledge that a grown man attacked kids and those kids stood up to him and defended themselves?

Well, I screwed this one up on this one guys.
My apologies.
I need to implement the 48-hour rule.
I jumped to a conclusion because of all the **** going on these days with these young kids out attacking people.

Here's BS Austin Liberal interview, No visible injuries on her. No video footage of the man striking anyone. Looks like they tripped and fell together. Looks like he was probably trying to stop her from damaging his property.
Then this girl basically trying to say America can't enforce immigration laws but won't protest Mexican immigration laws and how Mexico would do the same sh*t if you brought your family illegally to Mexico.
That's why Abbott needs to cut funding to these schools because they making these kids stupid and entitled. She thinks she can kick someone's vehicle because she's a minor?

She said in the video it is was another girl that kicked the truck. It wasn't the girl talking in the video.
She also said that the truck driver could have pulled over and called the police and handled the kick through the appropriate means.
Instead he choose to get out, leave his car there in the road, walk across a turn lane, and attack that girl.
That was monumentally stupid.

What should happen to the girl that kicked the truck? I'm thinking at least 5 years in prison.

5 years in prison? Lol lol lol. Pay for the damage and community time. He wont get any prison time and neither will she. This crap will go away like a fart in the wind

And that's why we have these problems. Things like this should carry real penalties.

If we believe the police report, the guy got mad that a female minor kicked his truck (but didn't cause any damage). So he decided to get out of the truck and assault her. Then another female minor tried to intervene and he assaulted her. Then he got his ass kick by the rest of the crowd of teenagers. Hardly seems defensible.
Should they have been out of class protesting? No. Should they have kicked his truck? No. But you don't get out of your vehicle to beat up on teenage girls for that.
Is there any evidence to contradict the police report?
