Okay, dude but that is federal stuff. Supremacy Clause. Eff off.

Not a good start.
No, but anyone with a brain should have seen this coming, and Mamdani should have expected this. I mean, it's not the first time it happens, so.
I do wonder, though, if the cops are doing this because their new mayor is a Muslim, so it's their racism and bigotry taking them away from protecting the city, or because he's a democrat and it's their political ideology taking them away from protecting the city.
Either way, it's their right to do so, though you are right, for whatever reasons they're leaving their posts, per se, it's not a good start.
So is it racist and bigotry to not want to follow a person of a certain religion or race that calls for death of another religion, and first day on job takes away reassurances to Jews?
Did the person himself call for those things? Are the officers Jews? If so, then that makes a lot more sense to me.
Would prejudice be a better word? Perhaps racist/bigot was wrong and too harsh. Honestly asking.
Maybe prejudice would be a better word, as it got wore out. Cringe words are racist and bigot. But what is wrong with being prejudice of rather opposition to the socialism of the mayors policies, and especially others that those seemingly against jews
Oh, there's nothing wrong with being prejudiced. We all are to some degree.
I just don't think one's prejudices should remove them from the people they've been protecting for years. But, that's their decision, and all one can hope for is that those officers get replaced quickly so the citizens don't lose the protection they've been accustomed to.
The whole Jew/Israel issue has left a stain on this country and it's one that, like with the defund the police thing (effing idiot liberals just can't help stepping on their own ...), it'll take even more effort to work passed that.

Too many people in this country still refuse to admit Joe McCarthy was probably more right than wrong.

This clown honestly views himself as some world leader. Not only is he a commie, but he is also highly delusional.
