In the TikTok video posted by the guy claiming to be a witness he says he was walking past the building and heard a girl yelling "get off me" and sounds of a fight or struggle followed by a muffled sound like someone having a pillow stuffed in their face.
I wonder how accurate that is. Could someone on the ground hear something from 17 floors up? And then be able to tell someone's voice was muffled?

I haven't read anything about her attending the game, so I dont think so.

How is it even certain that she fell 17 stories? Because the first responders that wanted to conveniently rule it a suicide said so?

Wouldn't there be pretty telling evidence a body fell 17 floors? Never seen a case but seems like it would be pretty obvious.

That's a great point.

We told our kids we wanted them to learn what our expectations were and that we didn't want to have to list every "do's" and "don'ts".
You probably should list those now, though, because what is considered permissible is now rather excessive. Can't count on it to be as obvious the lines.
Our kids know where we stand. It has been a point of contention. We have navigated some deep waters with them and their friends and now that our kids are at the college age, we get "oh... I get it now."
Several of my kids' friends would confess stuff to us because we spent the time to get to know them and care for them. Not as a friend, but as a parent.

One thing I don't see mentioned much is this happened in Austin after a tu win against A&M. I bet Austin PD was stretched thin as crap because of the partying, etc. going on everywhere in town. I'm not surprised they fumbled the initial call.

UPDATE FROM AUSTIN POLICE ON BRIANNA AGUILERA'S DEATH
Austin Police Department held a news conference today, sharing new details in the investigation into the death of Texas A&M student Brianna Aguilera.
Police say evidence gathered so far does not indicate this was a homicide. According to investigators, Brianna had expressed suicidal thoughts several times in the past, and a digital suicide note written a few days prior to her death was on her phone but had been deleted.
Officers also confirmed she had an argument with her boyfriend on a friend's phone that ended about two minutes before she was found deceased.
APD says Brianna, who was intoxicated, lost her own phone on Friday after being asked to leave a tailgate party, which is why it was later found near a creek.
Investigators report they've spoken with multiple people who were with her, and all have been cooperative in this investigation.
During the briefing, APD Chief Lisa Davis reaffirmed the department's position that the case is being treated strictly as a death investigation not a homicide. Police emphasized the case remains open and active while detectives continue interviewing witnesses and reviewing evidence.
The official cause of death will be determined by the Travis County Medical Examiner's Office. Police also extended condolences to Brianna's family and friends and said every effort is being made to fully understand what happened.
