Was this via walkie talkie transmission as soon as he was headd to the elevator bank after being scanned in? Via text alert? Neuralink chips in their heads?

How did these security guards find out in the minute or two prior to him entering the room? Maybe they announced it over the intercom?

I am trying to learn how they would know he was about to enter the room, when their focus was likely completely shifted elsewhere.
