Trump will fix it.

Eating cheap eggs will knock two weeks off of your life. You have been warned!B-1 83 said:

Smooth- brained commenter's on FB or X have zero grasp how domestic supply was interrupted with Biden's FDA overreacting to bird flu regardless of intentionality. 6 months after inauguration, minimum for poultry products to return to normal.B-1 83 said:
I seem to recall from a newly hatched chick to a laying hen's first egg is about 180 days. I suspect people are buying fewer eggs
Just want to clarify that it would be more like 126-140 days for first eggs. 180 would be a reasonable estimate to peak production.B-1 83 said:

You mind expanding on that a little?agwrestler said:Biden's FDA overreacting to bird flu regardless of intentionalityB-1 83 said:

I've driven by a pig meat packing plant and it was all in could do to not throw up. I can't ever remember smelling anything that revolting.

Ever visited an old school tannery? That's the most revolting odor I've ever encountered. Probably similar in the level of stench as a meat packing facility I would guess (haven't been to or by one of those that I'm aware of).

Still talking about eggs? What kind of liberal would even start a post about something so stupid.
It’s all fake and staged. This act doesn’t work anymore. Sad! pic.twitter.com/RMA0qrQWr1

We had a rendering plant here in Fort Worth. and had to send mechanics out to work on their lift trucks. Never went out there myself, but that was a dreaded call. funky as hell.NE PA Ag said:No Spin Ag said:BQ_90 said:you must have never stepped foot in a swine facility or even worse a enclosed gator house, in augustPizza said:Squadron7 said:

Think of it like gas prices at the pump. It always takes them longer to lower their prices than increase them. Just give it time, the retailers will slowly adjust them lower.Wildmen03 said:
Egg prices and scarcity is still constantly being posted about on Reddit. I bought a dozen this week for 4 dollars and change. I don't think prices where I shop changed enough to be noteworthy.
Rendering plant for the win........if there are still any around. There was one in Nixon, TX back in the 60's and 70's that would gag a maggot in a gut factoryNE PA Ag said:No Spin Ag said:BQ_90 said:you must have never stepped foot in a swine facility or even worse a enclosed gator house, in augustPizza said:Squadron7 said:

I remember when eggs were $.59 per dozen in the late 50's. At the same time, a coke in a bottle was a nickel. When adjusted for inflation, $1.69 is dirt cheap. Just sayin. No Spin Ag said:B-1 83 said:

Not bad, but get back to me when they're back down to the $1.69 they were when Trump was in office the first time.
