If they reverse and remand to the district court, the 7-1 (new) map is in place for this election. The state supreme court and Scotus won't be able to (again) do anything about that. It's absolutely absurd that some voters already voted/could not vote in the primaries on the basis of district lines that a court later re-drew because they favor the old Democrat map.

No he was not. He was, and still is, trying to ram through changes a month before midterms and stir up as much controversy and BS as he possibly can to sow doubt in the elections. Clear as day. He knows he's wildly unpopular and about to get curb stomped in the midterms of if doesnt do something to usurp our democracy.

What dies this really change for a private citizen that doesn't have an FFL dealer license? Is it just decriminalizing the ability to drive across state lines to make a face to face sale?

If they repealed the GCA 1968 I can see how this would open up a lot of possibilities but the ability to ship firearms but this doesn't seem like that big of a deal with the GCA still in force.

Judicial misconduct complaint filed against 2 sitting judges for granting a 90-minute interview to @NYT propagandists complaining about their job/Trump administration actions.

Need a lot more of that.

Seems like a long-overdue reversal on illegal aliens having a right to bail hearings is likely, eventually next spring.
