Even Kagan has joined in smacking fake judge Murphy.

Everything from vaccines to deportations, 'Murphy's law' always catches up with his politically driven (TDS) judgments, usually in fast order. Biden judge, confirmed 47-45, started his federal 'service' in December 2024.
ETA, oops, this one was actually Susan Ilston. My apologies. She's bad too, but a clinton judge. She should take senior status, imho, in her late 70's.

She seems to think she is for some reason in charge of the federal workforce. I don't know, maybe dementia/cognitive decline.

Yeah, that one is a real head scratcher to me. A cabinet level department of the executive branch decided to tell one of its component agencies to cut headcount? That is kind of how the executive branch is supposed to work. If the legislative or judicial branch get to micromanage the executive branch down to dictating headcount, it seems like a huge separation of powers issue.

She looks EXACTLY like what you'd expect a left-wing judge to look like.

Yep.

Why can't the executive branch tell the legislative branch tell to **** can staffers that they don't like?

Oh yeah...separation of powers...

Good news. This isn't a legal battle yet but I'd expect a lawsuit to be filed in a Biden/Obama judge's court this week, if not this morning about it. Heaven forbid we do anything to get cheap/plentiful/domestic energy production up. Democrats aghast at the thought.

And as soon as a Dem is back in charge they will reverse it.

Environment needs a thrashing. Trump needs to let data centers dump toxic wastes into lakes if it saves them a little money.

I think it's not a big loss really.

Voter fraud happens about 5 votes per 10 million ballots cast so it hasn't meaningfully changed the outcome of a major election in our life time.

Trump just doesn't like it because the dems have embraced this style of voting and he wants to make things uncomfortable for them.

As someone who has worked closely on 13 elections then you should be well aware of the history.

Before Trump, nobody really complained about or took issue with mail in ballots. This issue is his baby. For some reason he's obsessed with it despite voting by mail himself. If he really hated it and thought mail in ballots couldn't be trusted, he wouldn't personally use the system himself.

The GOP is only laser focused on election fraud or cheating when they lose. How many complaints have we heard about 2000, 2002, 2004, 2010, 2014, 2016, 2020, and 2024? Little to none. All of these were good election cycles for the GOP. Yes Trump lost in 2020, but the GOP did spectacular down ballot.

The party has done well in 8 out of 12 election cycles, but somehow thats not enough for you guys. The GOP still had to look for ways to disenfranchise and suppress the vote.

It's pretty sad. The GOP has it pretty good. The party controls the house, senate, presidency, and supreme court. Yeah you guys really get cheated all the time!

"Before Trump, nobody really complained about or took issue with mail in ballots."

You mean other than since at least 2005 when Carter-baker commission explained how insecure absentee/MIB voting is? At the same time they also recommended voter ID….

The percent of Americans that voted by mail or absentee was 10% in 2000 and over 40% in 2020.

For those scoring at home, the left's voter fraud evolution follows the standard script:

1. That's not happening
2. It's happening but it's not a big deal (grapesoda - you are here)
3. It's happening but it's a good thing
4. It's happening and the people complaining about it are the real problem (ETFan - you are here, your NPC programming is complete)

"Complaining" is pretty soft wordage for "fascist tendencies". So much cheating the DOJ can't even locate it.

Edit: you've also just made up something and attributed it to me. This MO for your "side"? Lie?

It's not really a big deal at this point, as there is/was no way for the USPS to implement the barcode system as voting has already started in several states. The ultra vires claims are unlikely to succeed past the ridiculous trial court level, imho, and we will revisit this next year, then the system USPS implements will be in effect for the 2028 election (and possibly off-cycle elections next year).

Talwani will get her show trial, but mail in fraud using the USPS as an unwitting partner is going to end.

No amount of logic is going to convince the illogical that orange man isn't so bad that we should all vote for socialists in 2026. He wants to vote for a socialist who wants to kill the O&G industry, dismantle capitalism, open the borders, ban guns, legalize abortion up to birth, allow men to play girls sports and hang out in women's locker rooms, and pay for trans surgeries for little kids. It should be seen as a testament to how much technology has come in 20 years.

In 2000, we didn't have iphones and barely had HD television. Now a days most people have both of these things. Hell AI is a thing now and that only took 25 years to progress towards.

My point is, we are clearly capable of doing amazing things with technology. Do you really think we're not capable of designing an election system that prevents cheating if people vote by mail?

Using COVID as the excuse, in 2020 Democrats completely changed the paradigm for maolin ballots from a voter request to a government push. This was to intentionally create a massive pool of ballots that could be collected and used (by the same NGOs funded through USAID) to swing the outcome of any election by dumping the number of late counted mailing ballots.

The Democrats at the same time created mechanisms to register large numbers of ineligible alien voters by automating the process of registering to vote everyone who receives a driver's license, welfare, or an SSN without citizenship verification.

You state that ballot fraud occurs in roughly 5 per million ballots and yet the recent audit of New Jersey's voter rolls identified 6600 noncitizens registered to vote out of 6.9 million. That is a rate that is 190x what you claimed because the Democrat party controlled states intentionally create the potential for ballot fraud by promoting voter registration fraud and the printing and mailing of ballots to people that did not request them.

The institutionally supported fraud is why 21 state attorneys general have refused to comply with the DoJ Civil Rights Division's mandate to provide copies of voter registration databases. The massive potential for fraud in voter rolls and ballotting material is a feature and not a bug that has been created entirely by and for the benefit of Democrats. Without this built in fraud, Democrats could not win a state wide election anywhere. The proof of this was evident all over the country in 2020 but the block of 20,000 mail in votes in Fulton County GA counted after midnight with no poll watchers presebt that went 100% for Biden typifies the rampant fraud.

Democrats do not believe in secure elections or secure borders and they are using insecure borders to manipulate elections. See: New York. They can't convince people to vote for their policies, so hey just illegally import people who will, at the expense of America and Americans.

The percent of Americans that voted votes allegedly received by mail or absentee was 10% in 2000 and over 40% in 2020.

No way to know for sure how many of those votes represented actual Americans, because the current system makes it nearly impossible to verify who actually cast the vote.

And guys like ETFan and Grapesoda are hard at work making sure that any efforts to change the system to make it easier to find and/or prevent fraud don't happen.

This is disingenuous. The disenfranchised voter is a complete fabrication. The only people that the GOP wants to disenfranchise is ineligible voters. Illegal aliens, dead people, homeless people that get paid to vote or have hundreds that all register to vote using the same address, people who vote the same day in two different states, etc.

Silly.

The fraud has existed forever, it's just been institutionalized lately, and the Dem's don't like it when people question the methods they use to commit the fraud.
