Helvidius 4? That has to be the weakest legal claim I've seen yet, perhaps only second to the lady who was offended by the ball room on her walks so that gave her standing to sue to stop the construction.

If they repealed the GCA 1968 I can see how this would open up a lot of possibilities but the ability to ship firearms but this doesn't seem like that big of a deal with the GCA still in force.

Does this open the opportunity for an FFL to do nothing but accept shipments of guns that were already bought direct from a manufacturer and deliver them to the customer for a delivery fee?
