So Hunter can no longer plead the 5th since he's been pardoned. This means he can be made to testify against all the deep state actors that helped the Bidens right?

They would kill him if it ever got to that point.

Hunter will claim there is still the threat of state charges against him, so he has to plead the fifth.

Here is an article from when people were saying Trump was going to pardon all his kids (he didn't). Funny how back then Dems like freaky Cohen were claiming it meant they would no longer be able to plead the fifth. He was dead wrong!

As Dershowitz and others explained:

Quote:

Alan Dershowitz, the famed Harvard law professor, criminal-defense lawyer, and constitutional scholar, told Insider that the Fifth Amendment could be invoked to protect against prosecution in those cases as well.

Quote:

In an interview with Insider, Cohen's attorney Barry Spevack agreed with Cohen's interpretation of the law to a point.

He said a pardon could make it easier for a prosecutor to compel testimony, but they would still have to clear other significant hurdles.

Since a pardon from the president doesn't cover state crimes, anyone pardoned by Trump whether it's Flynn, Stone, or, potentially, Trump's children could invoke the Fifth Amendment and say they want to avoid state-level prosecution.

Dershowitz himself just said on Hannity that this pardon was a gift to Pam Bondi and the House Judiciary and Senate committees. He says Joe has taken away his 5th amendment privilege and that Hunter is now the star witness for years and years going forward.

Dad worked with the police for years, and used to have me frequently "arrested" and "detained." There was one night in 2011 when I said I was to be studying for a final. Well, he called three times back to back, and I didn't answer because I didn't want to step away from 42 at the Chicken. Guess who was put in a jail cell overnight and released with the DUIs? "Because you didn't answer your phone and I knew you weren't studying."
Yes, I was in the wrong for not doing what I said I would do, and not answering my parents is a mortal sin. But since my education was financed entirely by loans and scholarships I earned, I paid for my own car, phone, and apartment AND my sister's housing, phone, and education, I feel that was a gross overstep of parenting. Likewise, if there was the slightest allegation of my wrongdoing, I'm sure he would've gladly locked me away forever himself so as to not besmirch his last name.

I paid my own way through A&M and never once showed my dad my grades. Every now and then he would gripe that he had never once seen my grades and I would tell him to cut a check for my tuition and he could see anything he wanted.

Yeah, it's a procedural objection, to the request for dismissible without docketing the clemency, and claiming charges were improperly brought yet again while doing so. They will wind up letting him off, make no mistake.

Per CNN, Biden had to pardon Hunter because Trump was going to put him in front of a firing squad.

The Lord needs to come back and put an end to it all. Never in human history have we seen such degeneracy as we see now on the left:

There is a vast difference between a state governor's pardon power and the POTUS pardon powers under the federal Constitution.

The former can be affected/restricted under state law to require a Pardons Board review, such as we saw with Abbott and the Daniel Perry case out of Austin.

The latter has plenary power to issue pardons either alone or in conjunction with a board of review. I'll go further and say that in my view, if Congress attempted to codify such a requirement for POTUS the same would not pass Constitutional muster.

I think announcing this on Sunday instead of dumping it on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, was a giant middle finger to the DNC and those that forced Joe out of an election that he still believes he could have won.

The best part of this, is Hunter throwing down 88,000, that he was going to be pardoned. Dude is the smartest man Joe knows.

As a country that has prided itself on giving power to the people, how are we to reconcile what the Bidens have done? Repeated lies, deception, alll the while making millions acting in the interests of foreign countries and they will not only get away with it, but millions will applaud them. Where's our national shame and humility?

And water is wet and the sky is blue. I have known for a very long time that when you have a political party and its supporters that are corrupt to the core, it will only select individuals that will continue that corruption.

An honest individual with integrity will not be tolerated.

There is no statute of limitations for Treason. Joe didn't pardon himself. Hunter was putting in work for daddy anyway.

Go after Joe for selling out his country to foil the Burisma prosecution. Go after Brennan, Comey, Mcabe, Strzok and the rest of Crossfire Hurricane for coup attempt.

That can all be done in background while Trump puts his full attention on running the country.

He very well may do that, but being pardoned for the crime does not mean they are allowed to stay in the United States.
I agree they have no right to stay.

I was just thinking about what is the biggest turd Biden can leave on the doorstep of the White House when he moves out.
It very well may be an actual physical turd...
