This is actually a gift to Trump and the GOP politically. Biden doesn't have much time left on Earth and Hunter is not going to end well either and trying to prosecute him would look terrible. I understand why it sucks but that's the political reality.

This! Only reason Biden said that he was not going to pardon. Hunter is because he was trying to make it look like he wasn't going to be giving out political favoritism to his son to secure votes. This is all while he was still the nominee for president it was all a lie all along. But now that the election is over and he's not gonna be President after January 20 he has nothing to lose.
Subpoena the White House staff / Justice Dept. and lawyers that researched / drafted the pardon recommendation and resulting paperwork... get them on record, under oath on this whole process, when it was initiated. If anything get them to try and fail to justify in front of the public.
