He's surrounded himself with a highly motivated (and much younger) team. If all goes as planned, Trump legacy will not only be the success of his terms as president, but the new generation that he left in place as he retires.

Gaetz is a firebrand for sure but I don't think he'll have the knowledge to manuever through that snake pit, including the FBI.

And having to call for, hold and then COUNT all of these special elections to replace departing House members makes Johnson's job very difficult herding the cats awaiting those replacement members.

I don't like Gaetz, but he is a bulldog.

Trump messed up appointing Sessions in his first term who then rolled over for the Dems seeking a bloodless coup.

For better or worse, Gaetz would be Trump's bulldog like Holder was for Obama.
