Why would anyone get married if it's a life sentence? If your spouse goes nuts you have to prove it in court to escape? I'm no fan of divorce but sometimes it's the right choice.

Well it works for the first 200 years of this country and the vast majority of western civilization for thousands of years. It's not exactly a novel idea.

And this can easily be flipped. Spend your whole marriage planning and acting as if you'll be together forever just for them to be able to bail at the drop of a hat and take half your ***** I still think marriage is a good thing, but this is literally the basis of the red pill community.

Not an expert but your spouse going nuts causing you anguish/fear etc isn't the definition of no fault, I see your text about "proving it", but not sure why that would be anything close to a life sentence. Breaking the bonds of marriage shouldn't be a casual thing just like making those vows should not be done lightly.

No fault basically just requires one of the spouses to say, it's not you and it's not me, but we're done here.
