It turns out a teenage girl had climbed a tower on the power lines running north-south by the railroad tracks between 610 and Weslayan. Most of Bellaire and West University Place were dark, since the power was shut down to get her off the tower. No idea how many homes and businesses were shut down, but it was massive.

Used to be, but apparently got a real estate offer they couldn't refuse and stayed closed down after attempting a reopening.

I am of the opinion that we should combine those tiny east coast states into 2 or 3 larger states and break up some of the western states. Think of it as a conference realignment. Should be able to keep the total at 50 so no need to change the flag.
