Transvestite is the big one, which is completely different from this person and considered a slur.
Boo hoo. Transvestite is the latest noun felt to be unkind. If you want, do you prefer cross dressing queen? The Fife said:

Transvestite means "cross dresser" in Latin. Because you can't change your biology, then it still applies when someone dresses up to look like the opposite sex.The Fife said:

This term was previously applied top people during a time when being transvestite was considered a mental illness.
It still is a mental illness, no matter how you you pretend and proclaim it is normal.
Therefore, transvestite is still an applicable term for mentally ill persons that pretend to be the opposite sex by making their appearance look like the opposite sex.
Facts don't care about your feelings.
Great example of a term with no history of use as derogatory that has been retconned by our overlords as something equivalent to the n-word.The Fife said:

Answering your question though I think there should be a third category. Just like Soviet and eastern bloc athletes, trans women have been under the influence of too much testosterone and it presents an unfair advantage in a women's group. Likewise their hormone levels put them at a significant disadvantage against men. It's the only solution that respects all three groups of people.

Your opinion is wrong

Did you read the response when I was asked about trans-people in sports? Everyone seems to be overlooking that little detail.Quote:
The fact she was denied a championship at the hands of a dude competing as a chick appears to have gone over his head.
She has a valid point. These are women's sports; men have no right to compete in them.

Don't care; it's a man playing dress up as a woman....transvestite, mentally ill, psychopath, all fit the description. The Fife said:

I know you'd rather put transwomen in the men's category but you'd be putting them at the same risk that you claim they present to others for the same sort of physical differences. This respects all three groups of people along with transmen, who rarely draw the same level of ire.Captain Pablo said:The Fife said:Did you read the response when I was asked about trans-people in sports? lol, whether he has had an operation or intends to, that changes nothing. He is still a male.eric76 said:
I'm not sure if we can call him a trans. According to https://quillette.com/2024/11/01/college-volleyballs-spartan-meltdown/ he self identifies as a woman. He certainly doesn't appear to have had an operation and the articles don't say that he is intending or seeking to have a sex change operation. He just says "I'm a woman" and they say "Welcome to the team".
From the link above:Quote:
Rather, Fleming is a biologically male athlete who chooses to self-identify as a woman for legal and social purposes. However, in keeping with all the other farcical aspects of this saga, SJSU athletics officials have been required to pretend that this fact is somehow less important to the volleyball community than Fleming's artistic inclinations and culinary interests.
Culinary interests? Yes. He likes to cook and likes to try out new restaurants.
More from the link:Quote:
The pretense is rooted in the official policies of SJSU's Athletics Department, which demand that the asserted female gender identity of trans women such as Fleming be taken as trumping human biology. This explains why, when the above-described farce finally ended on 26 October, it was UNR, which fields an all-female volleyball team, that was required to forfeitand not SJSU, which doesn't.
On a side note, I wonder if this tactic might actually be able to help men in seeking employment at a company that is hiring women and minorities and avoiding white men. Could the male applicants simply say "I choose to be a woman for legal reasons" and force them to consider him? How about for college admissions at schools trying to push for diversity?

The solution is to not 'trans' at all and get people to accept the biological reality that God made them as either a man or a woman. How they 'feel' is irrelevant. The Fife said:I know you'd rather put transwomen in the men's category but you'd be putting them at the same risk that you claim they present to others for the same sort of physical differences. Also, the "sex change" doesn't actually change their sex -- only the appearance of which sex they are. It is nothing but obfuscation. They are still the same sex even if they had some parts lopped off.Viper16 said:

!. I was taught Chromosome #23 determines the sex of the human being.
2. If a skeleton is exhumed or found buried or exposed, the sex of the skeleton can be easily determined through bone structure and general skeletal size.....
So, it's not difficult to determine the sex of a human or skeletal remains, unless the powers to be simply default to feels!
Amirite?
Yeah. Or maybe "mixed singles".taxpreparer said:
It is going take men being affected to resolve this. For example, Wimbledon mixed doubles where one team is male/trans vs male/female.
